RETURNS

You can expect return or exchange of any of your purchases within 14 days from the day of delivery. If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Unlike many merchants, we accept earrings for return or exchange. Please note, however, it is important not to destroy the ID tag, attached to the earrings or to the transparent box containing the earrings. As soon as the ID tag is broken, we cannot accept these items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be with an unremoved and undamaged ID tag, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The refund will not be issued FOR GIFT CARDS and if:

  1. more than 14 days have gone by since you received your goods;
  2. the goods you return miss their ID tag or the ID tag is damaged;
  3. the goods or their parts are scratched;
  4. initial color or texture of the goods is changed;
  5. initial form of the item or its parts is changed;
  6. the item’s clasp or closure is damaged;
  7. the item was mechanically or chemically impacted;
  8. the item’s gem(-s) changed in color or quality due to heating or any other actions;
  9. any gems or parts were taken out of the item;
  10. any gems were replaced with analogues of worse quality or different kind of such;
  11. the thread of a strung item (i.e. necklace, bracelet) is greased.

HOW TO

To complete your return, please, fill out our online Return Form.

Please do not send your purchase back without filling out the online Return Form first.

In case you choose our return label, we will contact you shortly by e-mail and provide you with a return shipping label at a flat fee of € 10 that will be deducted from your refund amount.

In case you want to choose your own return shipping agent, please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. It is advisable to choose express services to make sure your return reaches us.

In case the return does not reach us, we cannot issue a refund. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus € 10 for the return shipping label will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It does not take longer than 30 calendar days from the day we receive the return for the refund to reach your card. 

REFUNDS OUTSIDE THE EU

We refund only the exact amounts that you pay to us, and we do not refund any import taxes, duties or any additional fees that were charged by customs in your home country should you reside outside the EU.  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items in case the sizing is wrong (in case of rings, for example) or if they arrive at your doorstep defective or damaged. In that case, please contact us immediately at info@fancylighthouse.com and we will provide you with further instructions. 

Please note, since we sell small series and limited editions items, there might be a situation where we will be able to refund only. 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
